krx8 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the krx8 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotional features and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the krx8 Platform.

krx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026.

To be eligible to register and use the krx8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is not available to persons under 21, regardless of any other applicable local age of majority.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must use your real identity. The use of fictitious names, false date of birth, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual may hold only one krx8 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any other person. krx8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must notify krx8 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth and a valid mobile number or email address.
• krx8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the identity of an account holder (KYC process). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by krx8 may result in account suspension.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Outdated information that results in a failed identity verification or a misdirected withdrawal may not be the liability of krx8.
• krx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is believed to have been registered fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to return any balances pending investigation.

Account closure requests may be submitted by contacting krx8 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal wallet. Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be forfeited upon account closure.

All financial transactions on the krx8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. krx8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by krx8, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders from unauthorised fund transfers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
• krx8 may delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where a KYC check has not been completed, or where the account is under investigation. In such cases, krx8 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment instruments will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the forfeiture of all associated funds. krx8 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

krx8 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited only to accounts that are in good standing, fully verified, and have not been flagged for suspicious activity. krx8 reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any account at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• krx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion, bonus offer or free spin credit at any time and without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already in active use by an account holder.

Attempts to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce or eliminate risk, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krx8 Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, identity theft, or any form of financial misrepresentation.
• Collusion with other players or with third parties for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing information in live casino games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, or any other form of match-fixing or cheating.
• The use of any software, bot, automated script, exploit, or other technical mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• The use of the Platform for any money laundering activity or for purposes connected with the financing of illegal activities.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the underlying source code or proprietary systems of the krx8 Platform.

krx8 employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account flagged by these systems for investigation will have all associated transactions placed on hold pending review. The outcome of an investigation is final and binding.

All content on the krx8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, brand assets, user interface design, audio, video, and all associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of krx8 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform transfers any intellectual property right to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the krx8 Platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krx8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

krx8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. krx8 makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform and any content or services accessed through it is entirely at your own risk.

krx8 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We offer voluntary responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion, all of which may be activated through your account settings or by contacting our support team. krx8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will prevent access to your account for a duration of your choosing. krx8 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a change is material, krx8 may also provide notice via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the krx8 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services of the type provided by krx8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process under those laws. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection legislation.
